Since our team is centered on developing and promoting managers for our business, it makes sense to have Leadership as our number one Core Value.In any group, whether consciously or unconsciously, the person on top sets the tone. What a person says matters, but what they do matters most. We infect our team with the proper spirit through our actions, not words. People see us working smarter, holding ourselves to higher standards, taking risks with confidence, and making tough decisions for the greater good of the team. This inspires and binds our team together, and in democratic times, we practice what we preach.At Lionheart, everyone starts from zero—even when someone gets promoted, they are starting from zero in their new role. In such a competitive environment, we don’t relax and rest on our names, our past achievements, our titles—we fight to impose our differences and compel people to follow our lead.So consider our definition of the Core Value of Leadership to be a personal choice by each of us to rise above our individual circumstances and demonstrate the ownership and resolve necessary for achieving our desired results as a team—to see it, own it, and do it.II. Intuition (Repetition & Instinct)
One has to be able to trust their intuition, and the more our team can trust each other’s decision-making abilities, the more solid our foundation will be and the faster we will grow as a result.The more we experience the same issues, situations, and events, the better we get at being able to predict and control their outcomes. It is by way of repetition and instinct that intuition is developed, and whether one knows it or not, their intuition is the only thing they’ve been working on for their entire life.On this team, we are building and developing our intuition on a daily basis. From taking notes in ATMO, to eating “No”s in the field, to interviewing potential new team members, we embrace each moment as an opportunity to learn something new and apply what we’ve learned to our team’s business.III. Obstacles (What Stands in the Way Becomes the Way)
Understand: growth happens outside the comfort zone, and we each need to leave our personal comfort zones in order to grow and succeed as a team. We cannot reach our goals if we are not willing to grow, and growing requires overcoming obstacles.History has shown time and time again that conquering obstacles is what leads to greatness, and the bigger the obstacle overcome, the greater the reward (usually).
So when our team encounters an obstacle in our way, whether we’ve experienced it before or not, we always remember that the obstacle is never in the way; the obstacle is the way. So, the impediment to action advances action; what stands in the way becomes the way.But regardless of whether we grow inside or out, we’re going to hit the ceiling. Many teams fail because they’re unable to survive these growing pains. The good news is that we survive hitting the ceiling by having a team that possesses five core leadership abilities. Above all else, our team works to simplify, delegate, predict, systemize, and structure. To the degree that we apply these five abilities, we grow our team to the next level.IV. Nutrition
When we walk into a room, we bring our whole lives with us; being as healthy as possible when we enter the office or the field positions us for greater success than if we don’t take care of ourselves.Staying as healthy as possible and practicing functional self-care is important for success in any industry. Our team's weekly schedule is created based on the requirements of our partner contracts along with each individual's personal capacity. In addition, we allow our team members to request up to 6 personal days off per month.In order to be good at what we do, it takes training, studying, practicing and rehearsing before we execute our marketing strategies on behalf of our clients. Our team members take the time necessary to hone their craft at home and in our office so that when it's time to deliver results, they are more than prepared.For the Lionheart team, becoming "wealthy" means being able to live a lifestyle of abundance. Our business model and accelerated Management Training Program (4-6 months) create exciting career and financial opportunities for individuals who exhibit high-class customer service ability, maintain a positive attitude, and possess a strong work ethic. The individuals we select for our Management Training Program are those who are looking to develop and refine leadership characteristics, critical decision-making abilities, problem-solving skills, and administration operations.
